| EID-UL-FITRA This Eid falls on the first day of the Islamic
month 'Shawwal'. It marks the end of Ramadhan.
On this day every Muslim man, woman, young, old,
master, slave are supposed to go to the Idgah
and offer two rakah of Namaz.
The Prophet (S.A.W.) prescribed Zakat-ul-Fitra
that is fast breaking charity as a purification
of the fasting person from empty and obscene
talk and as food for the poor. If anyone pays
it before the Eid prayer, it will be accepted
as Zakah and if anybody pays it after the prayer
it will be counted as (Ordinary) alms.

There is no Adhan for the Eid prayers.

EID-UL-AZHA
It is celebrate on the tenth day of Dhul Hijja
the last month of Islamic Calendar.
Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W.)
(peace be upon him) said, "The first thing
to do on this day is to offer the Salah (Eid
prayer in Idgah) and
on returning we slaughter our sacrifices (animal)
and whoever did this, he acted on my tradition."
(Al-Bukhari Vol. II :75)
On the day of booth the Eid the Prophet Muhammed
(S.A.W.) used to return after offering the Eid
Prayer through a way different from that by which
he went.
(Al-Bukhari Vol. II : 102)
Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W.) (peace be upon him)
has forbade the Muslims to fast on the day of
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
